At Factory One One, customer satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Products for Return

Returns are only accepted for the following product categories:

• Shoes
• Sandals
• T-Shirts
• Jackets

All other products are not eligible for return.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the product must:

•  Be new and unworn;
• Be free from damage, stains, odors, or any other signs of use;
• Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible

How to Request a Return

If you would like to return a product, please send an email within 14 days of receiving your order to:

Please include your order number and the reason for the return. You will then receive further instructions regarding the return process.

Return Processing

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your return will be processed.

For approved returns, you will receive store credit equal to the purchase value of the returned product. This store credit can be used toward a future purchase in our webshop.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Delivery Time

Our products are shipped directly from our supplier. The estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days.
