All our products are new, sealed, and unworn. Each item comes with its original packaging and/or any dust bags, boxes, and accessories.
We charge €9.95 per order for shipping costs within the Netherlands. Shipping costs to other countries are charged at a minimum rate of €15.
Unfortunately, we are an online webshop without a physical store. This allows us to offer competitive prices. The advantage is that you can easily place an order online and save time.
Do you live in the Netherlands? Then your order will be delivered within 1-3 working days, excluding Sundays, Mondays, and public holidays. We aim to deliver your order to PostNL before 5 p.m., provided it is in stock. Delivery is carried out by PostNL.
factoryoneone.com delivers worldwide, including to Belgium and Germany. You can pay easily and securely via BanContact and Sofort. Delivery to Belgium and Germany usually takes 1 to 5 business days. You will receive a track & trace code within 24 hours of placing your order via email and/or WhatsApp.
Returning an order
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may return eligible items within [number] days of receiving your order.
